User Data Deletion

Your Right to Erasure

In accordance with the personal data legislation of Республики Казахстан, you have the right at any time to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data from the HRStream platform.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account and data, please send a request to the following email address:

Please include in your request:

  • Subject line: "Account Deletion"
  • The email address associated with your account on the Platform
  • Organisation name (if applicable)
  • Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve the Service)

What Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, we permanently erase:

  • Your account and profile data (name, email, phone)
  • Your activity history on the Platform
  • Settings and personal preferences
  • Uploaded files and documents
  • Authentication credentials

Please note: if you are an organisation administrator, you must transfer management rights to another user or request deletion of the entire organisation before deleting your account. Organisation data (vacancies, candidates, analytics) belongs to the organisation and is not automatically deleted upon deletion of an individual user account.

Processing Timeline

  • Request confirmation: within 3 business days we will confirm receipt of your request and verify your identity
  • Data deletion: within 30 calendar days of request confirmation, all your personal data will be permanently erased
  • Notification: upon completion of deletion, you will receive a confirmation to the email address provided

Exceptions

In accordance with the legislation of Республики Казахстан, we may retain certain data after account deletion:

  • Accounting and payment transaction data — for 5 years (as required by tax legislation)
  • Data required for compliance with court orders or directives from public authorities
  • Anonymised and aggregated statistical data that does not permit your identification

Consequences of Deletion

Following deletion of your account:

  • You will lose access to all data and features of the Platform
  • Recovery of the account and data will not be possible
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled without a refund for the current period
  • You may re-register on the Platform using the same email address
